Are you interested in advancing the pharmacy profession? OCSHP is seeking candidates for the following leadership positions.

  • Apply for a Board Member/Officer Position HERE. Deadline to complete the nomination form is January 11, 2021.
    • President-Elect (3 Year Term)
      • Perform the duties of the office of the President whenever the President shall be unable to do so. Develop the preliminary goals and objectives for the following year. Be a regional delegate to the CSHP House of Delegates meeting. Attend the Regional Chapter Presidents meetings when possible. 
    • Secretary (2 Year Term)
      • Shall keep minutes of OCSHP. Shall notify individuals of their appointments to committees. Shall notify members of the time and place of all meetings. Shall conduct the correspondence for OCSHP. Shall notify individuals of their appointments to committees. Shall notify members of the time and place of all meetings. Shall conduct the correspondence for OCSHP. Shall send a copy of the Board meeting minutes to the CSHP Board liaison within 30 days of the approval of the minutes. Shall maintain copies of the OCSHP annual reports.
    • Elected Directors (2 Year Term- 2 positions available)
      • Shall have been a past member of the Board of Directors as either an appointed or elected officer. Assist in an advisory capacity providing historical perspective and noteworthy issues of past activities that may help with future projects and activities. Shall promote and ensure the rules that govern OCSHP shall be upheld at the regional level, including but not limited to the OCSHP Bylaws and vision and mission of OCSHP. Shall not hold more than one elected position on the Board of Directors at any one time.
