It’s that time again for CSHP Seminar 2016! With that, OCSHP would like to present, once again, our annual Selfie Contest at Seminar!
This year, we’re changing some of the rules and prizes so please review carefully in order to participate.
Theme: OCSHP GO, Selfie Contest 2016
How to Enter:
- Like/follow us on our social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter
- Find “Cham-mander” (aka our very own OCSHP president, Dr. Cham Nguyen)
- Take a selfie with Cham
- Post on your social media account using all the following hashtags: #ocshp, #seminar2016 #selfie #cshp
NOTE: Please keep in mind that your post/account MUST be public in order for us to see your entry and enter you into the contest.
Prizes this year:
- Grand Prize: Fitbit Surge, band size Large. This fitness superwatch is the highest level fitness band from the Fitbit company with features such as heartrate monitor, built-in GPS workout tracking, multi-sport tracking, synced phone notifications, alarms and sleep monitoring, long battery life, and wireless tracker syncing.
- Runner-Up Prize: Pokemon GO Plus. This wristband syncs to your phone in order for you to play Pokemon Go more efficiently without the need of having your phone on the app all the time. You’ll receive notifications when a creature is nearby and be able to catch it with a press of a button.
- Other Prizes: Starbucks gift cards. The first 20 individuals who find Dr. Cham Nguyen and takes a selfie with her will receive a Starbucks gift card from OCSHP via Dr. Cham. Nguyen.
